Privacy Policy — Spikr (summary in English)

This is a short English summary for visitors of the international waitlist. The full policy, in Portuguese, is the Política de Privacidade, written under Brazil's data protection law (LGPD — Law 13,709/2018).

Waitlist (spikr.com.br/en)

• What we collect: your email, the region and game you chose and, if you want, your rank.
• Why: only to email you when Spikr opens in your region, and to count how many players are waiting per region.
• Legal basis: your consent (you join by sending the form).
• Who sees it: only Spikr's team. Nobody else can read the list, and we never sell it.
• Where it is stored: Supabase (São Paulo, Brazil). The page is hosted by Vercel (United States), and emails are sent through Resend (United States).
• How long: until your region opens or until you ask to be removed.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your data, or to leave the waitlist, at any time: spikr.contato@gmail.com. We reply within 15 days.

Using Spikr itself (profile, Riot ID verification, duos, chat, honor) is covered by the full Política de Privacidade in Portuguese.
